We at Southern Flyer are pleased to accept busses, however, due to our small size and limited amount of

employees, we must abide by certain guide lines.

1.

All busses must make reservations

2.

We do not accept busses during  March and April. March & April is flower season, therefore, our little Diner which seats only 64 is already packed. We are sorry that we can not accept busses during these months.

3.

We accept bus groups no larger than 24 persons including the bus driver.

4.

We accept busses Monday thru *Friday only ( *Fridays we only accept busses at the 1:30 time slot ).

5.

We have two time slots for busses.  11:00 & 1:30

We ask that the bus be at the Diner at 11:00, no later than 11:15 for the 1st slot, and no earlier than 1:30 for the 2nd slot.

6.

We comp the bus driver’s meal of $10.00  if there are at

Least 20 paying meals (No splits).

7.

All meals to be  paid on ONE check. Pre– arrangement can be made to get menu and prices so that this can be done easily for you.

8.

A 15% gratuity will be added to the check
